We have been using Carolina IT Group for over 3 years. The IT companies that we used before were not very personable. Sometimes it would take over a day for a service call. With Carolina IT Group they are very nice and trustworthy. They can get to your service calls in literally minutes in some cases.

When working on a problem they are very quick and they usually give options on repairs and sales. I have been very pleased with their service and would definitely recommend Carolina IT Group.
